Q: Can you install a softener? 

A: We do not install new softeners, we only service existing ones. 

Q: I have a puronics water softener and my tank is leaking. Can I replace this with something else?

A: We can replace the inside parts of your water softener to stop and prevent leaking. The cost is dependent on the size of the system. If you send our team a photo, we will be able to provide more details and an accurate estimate.

Q: Can you replace the carbon in my puronics water softener?

A: Yes, we can asssist you with your puronics water softener. The pricing is dependent on the size of the system. If the insides are all that need to be worked on, then a rough estimate would be $499.

Q: Can you repair my honeywell water heater?

A: Unfortunately, we do not work with water heaters, only repairs on water softeners.

Q: Can you install RO for our kitchen and bathroom?

A: We can install our high-efficiency Coconut Carbon RO system. This requires an annual service that we would include in a package. 

Q: Do you service Culligan water systems?

A: We unfortunately cannot service Culligan systems. They are in-house proprietary systems and they are best serviced directly through Culligan.
